The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of contract administration experience with strong drafting, editing, and formatting skills, preferably with union contract exposure. Responsibilities include creating structured style hierarchies, advanced multilevel numbering, TOCs, footnotes, cross-references, field codes, section breaks, and template controls. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting formatting issues, ensuring long-term document stability, and the ability to work independently.
